MODE Real Estate Management Services is pleased to announce the promotion of Alan Smith from Business Relations to Tenant Services Coordinator at their Scottsdale property management office.
In this role, Alan is responsible for maintaining tenant files, preparing monthly reports, reviewing tenant rent statements, tenant correspondence, and coordinating tenant service requests with MODE’s in-house building engineers and outside vendors.
Prior to joining MODE, Alan served as a Sales and Marketing Manager for PayChex where he managed over 200-250 accounts on a yearly basis and established a strong client base. In 2005 and 2006, Alan was recognized as being in the top 5% percent of sales in the country. Throughout his career, Alan has demonstrated extensive business insight and proven expertise by implementing strategic marketing plans to both large and small clients throughout the United States.
