Leslie joined the MODE Real Estate Management Services team in the spring of 2011 to expand her real estate expertise into commercial property management. As property manager, Leslie collects rents, balances accounts, runs applications for prospective tenants, processes move-ins and move-outs, contracts work and makes property visits to make sure tenants are in compliance with rules and regulations. Prior to joining MODE, Leslie worked in customer service and sales, and also spent some time in the residential real estate industry where she performed a full range of customer service to keep tenants happy and occupancy high. Leslie graduated Summa Cum Laude fromArizonaStateUniversityin May of 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is a native Arizonian.
